My career has taken me across a wide range of industries, including consumer banking, insurance technology, fintech, digital gifting, SaaS, and ad tech. While the products, customers, and markets have changed, one thing has remained consistent: helping organizations improve how they plan, align, and execute.
I began my career in quality assurance and project delivery, where I learned firsthand the importance of clear requirements, communication, and accountability. As my responsibilities grew, so did my focus on helping teams work more effectively together.
Over time, I moved into Agile leadership, delivery management, product operations, and go-to-market execution. Along the way, I have:

As my career progressed, I moved beyond delivery execution and increasingly partnered with executive leadership to help organizations align strategy with outcomes. Working closely with CEOs and executive leadership teams, I helped establish operating frameworks, define success metrics, measure business impact, and create the visibility needed to drive informed decisions. Over time, I found myself spending less time managing individual projects and more time helping leaders understand delivery health, organizational readiness, business outcomes, and the metrics that matter most.
Whether supporting product launches, Agile transformations, or go-to-market initiatives, I learned that successful execution requires more than delivering projects on time. It requires clear communication, alignment across teams, and a shared understanding of what success looks like and how it will be measured.
Working across both SMB and enterprise environments has reinforced a belief that guides my leadership today: most execution challenges are not caused by a lack of effort. They are caused by a lack of clarity, alignment, and visibility.
